- Customers will receive automated emails once orders are placed and dispatched.
- RAHAYAH are able to cancel and refund purchases at any time in the instance of genuine error.
- Returned items must be non-damaged, unworn with original tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. If returned after this time frame, no returns or exchanges will be able to be approved. Please refer to our shipping + returns page for instructions on returns.
Free shipping over orders $80.00 in New Zealand (Flat rate $6.00 urban) (Rural $10.50)
Free shipping over orders $120.00 in Australia. (Flat rate $20.00)

Refund:
Our policy lasts 7 days from date of purchase if in New Zealand. For International orders we have a 30 day policy. If after these stated days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned - this is purely for hygiene reasons. This is case by case - you can email us through rahayahcollection@gmail.com with your details and order number.
Only full-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refund.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or your invoice email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: RAHAYAH will not be responsible for the costs of returning any products for refunds/exchanges. We highly recommend the use of tracking when returning items incase of missing mail.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Change of Mind or Exchanges:
We're sorry! Unfortunately, we do not offer change-of-mind or exchanges, please select the colours you would like before placing the order. This is because as soon as an order is made, it's processed to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Faulty
If you believe your item to be faulty, please send us an email on rahayahcollection@gmail.com with a detailed explanation and photos of the fault. We will try our best to remedy your issue as soon as possible.
